Abstract
The dynamics of segregation of a binary mixture AB with chemically active components are studied. For simplicity, the study is confined to chemical reactions in which the reactants and end-products consist of only A or B. A phenomenological model and detailed numerical results for the reaction AB reversible arrow BB in the specific case when the forward and backward reactions proceed at the same rate are presented. Keywords
