Abstract
Holograms containing multiple gratings are reconstructed, and the intensities of all the output beams are measured as a function of the incident angle. Theoretical curves based on a coupled wave approach are found to be in good agreement with the experimental ones. It is shown that, particularly for the case of simultaneous recording, spurious waves with significant intensities may appear. Keywords
