Abstract
The cooked-meat judging committee at Washington realizes the importance of having every member thoroughly trained and experienced in this judging work and the need for constant endeavor to improve in accuracy of judgment. These results, however, encourage the belief that this committee is producing dependable and useful information.Keywords
