Abstract
Die Autoren berichten über die Möglichkeiten der Infrarot-Spektrometrie als einer neuen Technik der Strahlendiagnostik. Die gegenwärtigen Hauptanwendungsgebiete dieser Methode bilden die Diagnose von Mammatumoren, die Lokalisation der Plazenta und die peripheren Kreislaufstörungen. Zahlreiche andere sind noch in der Erprobung. Die Methode ist absolut ungefährlich. The authors stress on the interest of infrared spectrometry as new technical roentgenologic aid to diagnosis. The main actual applications of that modality are the detection of mammary tumors, the site of the placenta and the peripheral vascular diseases. Many other applications are not yet codified, but have a real interest since to the fact that the method is of an absolute innocuity. Les auteurs insistent sur l'intérêt de la spectrométrie infrarouge comme nouvelle technique de diagnostic radiologique. Les principales applications actuelles de cette modalité sont la détection des tumeurs mammaires, lalocalisation du placenta et les troubles vasculaires périphériques. De nombreuses autres applications ne sont pas encore codifiées, mais présentent un intérêt certain, d'autant plus que la méthode est d'une innocuité absolue. Los autores insisten sobre el interés de la espectrometría de las radiaciones infrarrojas como técnica nueva en el campo del diagnóstico radiológico. Las principales aplicaciones de esta técnica son el diagnóstico de los tumores de mamma, localización de la placenta, y las enfermedades vasculares periféricas. Existen muchas otras aplicaciones que todavia en el momento actual no están bien especificadas, pero que presentan un interés indudable. El método es totalmente inocuo.
