THE BAJOCIAN AMMONITE HYPERLIOCERAS RUDIDISCITES S. BUCKMAN IN EASTERN ENGLAND AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

Abstract
Summary: In 1968 three specimens of Hyperlioceras rudidiscites S. Buckman were found in the Inferior Oolite (Bajocian) of eastern England, two from Rutland and one unique example from Yorkshire. The stratigraphical implications of these finds are discussed.
