Abstract
The case of a 151/2-yr.-old eunuch is presented with observations of his rate of growth and the ratio of the short bones to the long bones, as compared with the avg., over a 2-yr. period of treatment with testosterone propionate. A possible relationship between an increase in the rate of growth and progression of an abnormal short bone[long dash]long bone ratio towards the norm with androgenic therapy in the eunuch is discussed. A convenient and significant method of recording and comparing short bone-long bone ratios is indicated.
