Anomalous Systemic Arterial Supply to the Lung Causing Pulmonary-Artery Hypertension

Abstract
ABERRANT arterial supply from the systemic circulation to a portion of the lung as a cause of pulmonary-artery hypertension and congestive heart failure in the newhorn infant has not heen descrihed. An infant who had cardiac failure showed immediate clinical improvement alter interruption of the abnormal blood supply, and the pulmonary hypertension disappeared.Case ReportC.C.
