Abstract
Assuming that electromagnetic interactions between quarks are Coulomb plus magnetic-moment interactions, we derive an equality and several inequalities among the hadron electromagnetic mass splittings, including two inequalities which relate mass splittings of strange baryons and mesons. None of the mass relations we derive is in contradiction with the present experimental data. Keywords
