Abstract
Noscapine formed a complex with Reinecke salt in the presence of tartaric acid (pH 1.7) and was extracted with chloroform. The amount of noscapine was determined indirectly by measuring Cr in the organic solvent solution by atomic absorption spectroscopy. This method was applied to the analysis of preparations and good results were obtained without any interference of various pharmaceuticals.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
