Abstract
Recent research involving the monitoring of photoelectrons generated in the course of molecular multiphoton ionization is reviewed. Information about the order of the multiphoton ionization process, the identity and ionization potential of the species ionized, and spectroscopic data about excited states of neutral molecules and the ground states of ions can all be extracted using this new technique. Keywords
