Abstract
Declines in wildebeest and zebra populations in Kruger National Park, South Africa, are evaluated with reference to man-altered conditions, e.g., game cropping and water provision and the influence of 6 very wet years. In relation to these items, the article discusses predation pressure and the experimental management of lions and spotted hyenas. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
