Photosensitivity to Oxytetracycline

Abstract
A case of photosensitivity due to oxytetraycline (Terramycin) occurring in a 20-year-old male is reported. Oxytetracycline was demonstrated to be the photosensitizing agent by reproducing the lesions under controlled conditions using artificial light sources. The reaction was most likely a photoallergic response.
