Abstract
L'opération de sauvetage archéologique de Champ-Parel a permis la découverte et la fouille, avant destruction par des travaux agricoles, de trois gisements attribuables à l'Aurignacien. Les gisements sont présentés dans leur cadre géologique et archéologique. Le contexte scientifique dans lequel s'inscrit l'opération de sauvetage est brièvement décrit. L'accent est mis sur les méthodes de terrain, prospections et fouilles. Il est fait état des quelques résultats acquis alors que les fouilles se terminent et que l'étude est à peine commencée.The archaeological saving of Champ-Parel has allowed the discovery and the excavation of three aurignacian sites before their destruction by agricultural works. They are presented in their geological and archaeological framework and the scientific context in which this saving operation takes place is briefly described. Stress has been put on field methods, prospections and excavations. Some established results are exposed as the excavations are being finished and the study has just begin.Chadelle Jean-Pierre.
