Abstract
If chicken bile is treated with HC1, a precipitate forms, which is different from tauro-isolitho-cholic acid. The new acid has the empirical formula C23H37O-CO-NH-CH2-SO3H and melts at 210[degree] C. It has been named apo-chenodesoxycholic acid. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
