Effets du benzène sur la mitose érythroblastique. Investigations à la microcinématographie en contraste de phase

Abstract
Living erythroblasts of the newt were studied by means of phase contrast microcinematography, both in normal animals and those exposed to benzene. The abnormalities which developed after benzene consisted in nuclear reconstructions from arrested metaphases or beginning anaphases, anomalies in chromosome distribution, formation of chromosome bridges at anaphase, formation of heterotopic groups of chromosomes followed by reconstruction of 1 or more atypical nuclei.
