Abstract
Strategies to prevent congenital toxoplasmosis remain controversial. In France, all pregnant women who are seronegative for antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii are tested monthly for toxoplasmosis despite the lack of evidence of the cost effectiveness or efficacy of prenatal or postnatal treatment.Keywords
