Abstract
Histological signs of Darier's disease, including ‘corps ronds’, ‘grains’, and acantholytic clefts are demonstrated in the wall of an epidermoid cyst in a patient with Darier's disease of the skin. Possible mechanisms in the development of cyst wall changes are discussed. Keywords
