Abstract
This paper describes important hydrologic features of the deep subsurface microbiology sampling sites. Geologic history, depositional environments, statigraphy, and groundwater movement are discussed in relation to possible mechanisms of microbial colonization of deep aquifer formations beneath the Savannah River Plant.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
