Abstract
A clinicopathological study of a patient with periodic alternating gaze (PAG) is presented. PAG is usually associated with bilateral cerebral hemispheric ischemia. In our case, the anatomical lesion is very limited, restricted to the crus cerebri. The anatomical pathways involved and the mechanism of PAG are discussed. Keywords
