Abstract
Extramammary Paget's disease is an adenocarcinoma of the epidermis that may resemble eczema. It can appear in a number of areas, including the perianal skin, external auditory canal, conjunctiva, umbilicus, axilla, scrotum or bladder. This entity may represent local metastatic spread through ductal lumina into the epidermis, or it may be a primary adenocarcinoma of the epidermis. It may be associated with underlying malignancy.
