Abstract
Histological sections of mammary gland biopsies showed variation in morphology throughout normal cycles. Those from animals given tamoxifen for four days beginning on day eight of the cycle showed more fully developed, clustered acini and secretion. Ovulation was suppressed by a low dose of tamoxifen (0.1 mg/kg). All animals experienced slight weight loss during treatment. Keywords
