Abstract
High resolution measurements of the spectral output of GaAs injection lasers are made. It is found that the main features can be understood in terms of conventional line-narrowing theories. Additional oscillations are observed in modes other than the lowest loss ones. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
