Abstract
The factors of the isomer in and isomers in and were measured using the technique of time-dependent perturbed angular distributions. The value obtained for , , indicates a predominant configuration of for the isomeric state. The results for and , and , respectively, are explained in terms of Pauli blocking of the core excitation component in the wave function of the state.
