Abstract
Five coumarins altering rate of drug metabolism were isolated from the roots of A. koreana and identified as isoimperatorin, imperatorin, bergapten, oxypeucedanin and isooxypeucedanin. These linear furanocoumarins inhibited hexobarbital metabolism in the 1st phase and accelerated it in the 2nd phase [in mice].This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
