Abstract
Abstract—For the first time, we report a full‐color organic display with 10‐in. diagonal and high resolution (VGA). This display was based on blue organic EL with color‐changing mediums (CCM). A blue‐emitting material with heat resistance was developed and used. In the construction of the full‐color display, we used a tapered In2O3‐ZnO with Al auxiliary electrodes as an anode with a low resistivity of 2 Ω/□. In addition, the CCM structure was improved in order to increase the contrast ratio of the display. Keywords
