Abstract
Presentation of CaseA fifty-seven-year-old horse trainer entered the hospital because of abdominal pain.Two weeks previously he noted a movable mass in the abdomen. X-ray films showed an air-filled structure that moved across the abdomen and, at various times, downward; the mass seemed to be related to a loop of ileum (Fig. 1 and 2). Three days before admission the patient noted a persistent, dull, nonradiating abdominal pain that became increasingly severe.
