Abstract
Results of calculations using a novel numerical method for intense-field, low-order multiphoton ionization of hydrogen are reported and compared to previously published values. The technique involves the explicit numerical solution of the time-dependent Schrödinger equation using a finite-difference representation of the electronic wave function. Keywords
