Abstract
Individual colonies of micrococcus euryhalis and of a marine bacterial isolate were grown in pour tubes under hydrostatic pressure. The medium was prepared in a silica sol, and gelation was effected at 4 degrees C by addition of salts to achieve concentrations found in seawater.This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
