Abstract
Two inversions have been found in a population of the midge, Belgica antarctica Jacobs, from the Danco coast, Antarctica. (This population is peripheral and the environment extremely simple.) One was a large inversion in the chromosome carrying the nucleolus and the other was a smaller inversion in chromosome III. The diploid chromosome number was 6.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
