Abstract
The effect of nonlocal fluctuations on the line shape and dynamics of exciton states is considered, using a stochastic perturbation approach. The cumulant expansion is truncated at second order. The usual Gaussian and motional narrowing limits are treated and the limitations of the model are discussed. Keywords
