Abstract
The medullae were reduced by cauterization; in some cases one gland was removed. Seven of 17 cats died within a few weeks after the operation; they showed reduced cortex. The remaining 10, killed later, showed a more active cortex. Hypertrophy of adrenal tissue was not found. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
