Abstract
Chaloxone, 5-hydroxy-3-methoxy-7-oxabicyclo-[4.1.0]hept-3-en-2-one, was isolated from the fungus C. microspora (Corda) Hughes. Its structure was determined with spectroscopic methods, mainly 1H NMR. The absolute configuration was established through CD [circular dichroism] measurements. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
