Abstract
Recent developments of experimental techniques for the measurement of thermodynamic quantities of metals and alloys are reviewed. Special emphasis is placed on calorimetry of reacting and non‐reacting systems, emf methods with liquid and solid electrolytes, and the various Knudsen effusion methods. Keywords
