Abstract
A fetus that died in utero between the 16th and 20th week of gestation exhibited multiple malformations and tumour tissue, retroperitoneally and in both adrenals, histologically compatible with neuroblastoma. In the cord there was a metastasis occluding the vessels, the possible cause of the intrauterin death. Keywords
