Abstract
It is shown that, in certain cases, the measured value of the Righi-Leduc coefficient and thermal resistivity might be significantly different from that which would be obtained in the absence of the phonon contribution to the thermal current. Of particular interest is the possibility of measuring the lattice conductivity in pure uncompensated metals even though it might be three orders of magnitude smaller than the electronic thermal conductivity. Keywords
