Abstract
Summary: A patient with a reticulum cell sarcoma and cold agglutinin of the IgA type is reported. The cold agglutinin had a sedimentation rate of 10.5S (9.5–11.5S), indicating that it is probably a dimer of the 7-8S IgA unit. The cold agglutinin was mercaptoethanol sensitive and failed to fix complement. Keywords
