Abstract
Dynamical equations for the order parameter and the electric potential in a short-mean-free-path superconductor near the critical temperature are derived from microscopic theory. The effects of supercurrents and various pair-breaking mechanisms on collective modes and relaxation processes are discussed. Keywords
