Abstract
A microwave integrated circuit X4 frequency multiplier has been developed which has a peak output power of greater than 3.5 watts at 9.5 GHz and a 6 percent 1 dB bandwidth. This performance was achieved with an input power of 12 watts peak at S-band and at 10 percent duty cycle. Keywords
