Torulosis of the Skin

Abstract
A case of cutaneous torulosis is reported in an old Kuwaiti male bedouin who also had diabetes mellitus and chronic lymphatic leukaemia. Review of the literature emphasizes the association of torulosis in a large number of cases with benign and malignant conditions of the reticuloendothelial system and other causes of defective cell-mediated immune responses.
