Abstract
We address two related aspects of NMR chemical microscopy of intact mammalian tissues: attainment of high spatial resolution images; and incorporation of a level of chemical discrimination by sensitizing the image intensity of either chemical shift or nuclear relaxation. These concepts are illustrated with images of human finger joints and of the head or heart of rat. Keywords
