Abstract
Starch gel electrophoresis was used to assay 19 enzymatic loci in samples of yellow perch Perca flavescens collected from Green Bay, Lake Michigan and nearby Keyes Lake. All of the loci were effectively monomorphic, and thus no evidence for discrete populations of yellow perch in Green Bay and Lake Michigan was found. Four of the 19 loci (Alk P, Pgm-1, Pgm-2 and Pgm-3) were polymorphic in a sample of yellow perch from Lake Champlain, Vermont. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
