Abstract
A case of Besnier-Boeck’s sarcoïdosis of lungs and lymph nodes is reported. The interest of this case was that bronchoscopy permitted biopsy of sarcoïdosic nodes. Under the microscope were observed intracellular hyaline inclusions of various forms. Streptomycin was tried, but without success. Recent data on sarcoïdosis are reviewed in this article.
