Abstract
A stationary collisionless and neutral plasma flowing along magnetic lines of force (B-lines) is considered and the variation of electric potential along the B-lines is described. A steep magnetic field aligned gradient of electric potential is generated at a certain location whenever plasma moves along the lines of force. Keywords
