Abstract
Photoconductivity transients accompany the coloring and bleaching of photochromic SrTiO3 (Fe:Mo). It is shown that there is a free‐carrier step in the photochromic process. Analysis of the transients leads to a model from which the important factors determining the performance of this material are readily identified. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
