Abstract
• Pachyonychia congenita is a genetic syndrome of epithelial dysplasia that is inherited as an autosomal dominant trait. Its unique involvement within the larynx of a 3-year-old boy prompted this brief report of its clinical behavior and management. (Arch Otolaryngol 102:233-235, 1976)Keywords
