Abstract
A summary is given of the general methods of nematode technique, with a new method of preparing material for sectioning, and a new triple-stain process. Philonema oncorhynchi Kuitunen-Ekbaum is described, also the following new species: Raphidascaris canadensis from Esox lucius, Cucullanus elongatus from Ophiodon elongatus, Bulbodacnitis occidentalis from Salmo kamloops; the occurrence of Cystidicola stigmatura from Coregonus clupeaformis throughout western Canada is mentioned, with a note on the anatomy of the male.Keywords
