Missed curable carcinoma of the pancreas presenting as chronic pancreatitis

Abstract
Summary: We present a case of pancreatic malignancy which presented as chronic pancreatitis. The diagnostic difficulties are discussed. We recommend that when there is any doubt about a diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis with a pancreatic mass, then early resection is appropriate.Keywords
