Abstract
Several procedures were evaluated to determine mean micelle diameters and size distributions in raw and processed [cow] milks. Fixation in buffered glutaraldehyde followed by formation of a parliodon replica yielded the most statistically reliable data. By this procedure 95% confidence intervals could be established, and treatment effects on micelle size could be analyzed statistically. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
