Infrared absorption and defects in Al-doped ZnSe

Abstract
It is suggested that the infrared absorption spectrum of the localized vibrational modes of Al-doped ZnSe can be explained by two Al defects: AlZn and an Al dimer, possibly 2AlAn-VZn , where the 2AlZn and the VZn are all second-nearest neighbors.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
