Abstract
A study of the blood picture was made in 25 cases of unexplained gastric anacidity and compared to that of an otherwise similar group having an apparently normal gastric secretion. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups. No evidence is therefore forthcoming that anacidity in itself leads to anemia. Keywords
